1. Based on the discussion from the first meeting with your supervisor, describe your supervisor's goals and objectives for you.
As discussed with my supervisor in the first meeting, He set some goals and objectives for his coop students.I am going to highlight some of the goals and they are as follows:
1. Creating web layout or user Interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
2. Create and maintain software documentation.
3. Optimization of websites.
4. Providing security, session management and development of the websites.

3. Every new job requires some adjustments; describe adjustments you have had to make in the workplace.
Everyone faces the same situation while joining as a fresher in the company, I also reguires some adjustments for betterment of mine and the company. I have to pay attention during meetings and work sessions.when we enter a new environment, it is important to be highly observant and stay quiet to assess your capability.Whenever u are given some task just make sure to do it on time without asking any further So that I can easily fit in the current environment without any problems.
4. Describe what has surprised you about your work term experience so far.
As I started working in the IT firm , I thought that it wouldnot be easy for me to work with the highly skilled professionals but I am surprised that every person in the firm is down to earth person and always helpful to me . wherever I need their help , everyone steps ahead and show me the way to tackle that problem without any trouble.If , I get a chance to work in this company after the completion of my co-op, I would love to join this firm without thinking
