Reflective Summary
Introduction:
The Organization evaluation is used to assess the overall performance of The Cellular Store. This performance review is based on the performance management, retention, diversity management, and hiring. This evaluation pays a vital role in employee raises, promotions, and company growth. The objectives established for this year will push the company to higher levels, but still have that hometown feel. These objects address the requirements of The Cellular Store organization, regarding retention, performance improvement, and the implementation of the diversity management programs.
Objectives:
Identify organization development initiatives that provide performance reviews for employees and supervisors on their productivity and their goals that are set when they begin the job.
Develop compensation packages that will provide vacation days, holidays, sick time, hourly pay, overtime pay, and bonuses. This also includes a Total Compensation package.
Develop effective performance management plans to show the five phases in performance management and to give the supervisors the guide for their organization.
Develop diversity management programs give the HRM the options to hire anyone of any culture, background, or race. This company has a zero tolerance for distortion.
Organizational Performance Strategies The Cellular Store needs to align, with company related strategies to development and learning, a good way to show this would be in people centered training programs that are guided to show each employee how the operation works from start to finish. The HR strategy goes in effect with the specific strategies for the basis of company mission of being able to be, flexible and allow the organizations to respond rapidly to both market and customer needs (Generator, 2014).
