I was excited to see job opening for registered nurse that I came across on http://www.wcv.org. I have over a period of about 2 years’ experience in a strong health care in general and mostly in geriatric care. Working in different companies and background as a Practical Nurse has motivated me to enroll at the American Institute Alternative Medicine to further my nursing career, which I will graduate in December 2015.

I have read a lot of great things about your company such as continuing education and flexible work schedule. I will like to work for Worthington Christian Village because it is located in nice neighborhood and clean environment.

When working in a long term care facility, it is easy to be negatively affected, because of the customer service nature of the job. Providing care to elders, is very rewarding and beneficial work, this leads to a high job satisfaction.…

Being in the medical field for the past ten years, I have seen the growth and changes in the medical field. When I began my nursing career as a medical assistant, I noticed many other nurses continuing their education to be able to have greater hands on approach in nursing. This opened my eyes to the endless possibilities that a nurse can do, whether it’s with direct patient care or being a resource to patients and other nurses around. After completing my RN in May of 2015, I decided that I really enjoyed being a mentor and teacher to other nurses. That is why I am continuing on with my education in hopes to one day receive my Master’s degree in Nursing and be able to utilize the knowledge and skills that I build, to educate patients. I still…
