It is also the busiest department among other departments. It facilitates the academic experience of students enrolled in the University, from the time of registration to graduation. It is also responsible for keeping all student records (past and present). The Form 137 is the report card of the student from high school from his first year to fourth year, while the Official Transcript of Records (OTR) is for the transferee students. It is the records of the student from his previous school. On the other hand, the Diploma Checker is a system that serves as record keeper of those who requested diplomas and other documents from the Registrar’s Office.
Currently, the Registrar’s Office follows a system that has been used for quite some time. Most of the processes involve manual filing and snail-mailing which sometimes results to misplaced files and lost mails.
