Why there are increase amount of people having trouble with their health? Through the New York health discovery channel, they have written many of people are lacking of daily exercises routine. Especially, the working people, they seat in the office for 8-9 hours straight, after work they just want to return home as soon as possible. The main concern about the working people is being lazy. They feel tired and stress out from the long hour working. Therefore, there are huge amount of office worker have weight problems, more likely over weights. Normally after breakfast or lunch they barely move their feet outside the doors. As a result, they are overweight and having trouble on their health. Regular Exercise is necessary for physical fitness; Helps your body keep the average weights. What does regular exercise has anything to do with good health? Because doing regular exercises are able to kill all the diseases. For example, overweight people are having trouble with heart disease, like heavy breathing and lose of self-esteem. If those overweight people able to spend 30 minutes doing exercise, like jogging, walking and running, every twice a week. It will definitely keep them healthy and get back their confident. One of very common disease is call diabetes. People like to eat fast food like Burger King, McDonalds and Wendy’s. This fast food contains high calories and high sugars. Regular exercises are able to help the diabetes for not getting worse and digest the greasy
