Relational capital is the part of the consumer capital, but it is broadness and extensiveness. This capital concerns external relations with patient/ customer and different stakeholders includes their perception of the organization. It also refers establish, maintain, and develop external relationship by an organization. Satisfaction of patients and general reputation are the primary relational capital. For instance, dimensions of intellectual capital in healthcare are following: patient-centered, patient loyalty, partnerships, and internal relations.
