Relational Leadership Model
The Relational Leadership model is an outlook on leadership that puts emphases on the concept that to be an effective leader you must have the ability to create positive relationships within the group. The model includes that following components: purpose, empowering, inclusiveness, ethical, and process. The Relational Leadership Model elements that are most comfortable for me are purpose, ethics, and process. Purpose is the core of the model because it is the driving motivation of the group’s members. I can usually easily understand the role or purpose of the group. Once I understand our mission, I am hopeful, committed, and positive toward our goal. I am purpose oriented and develop a plan think and make meaning out of our mission. Next,

Driven by a philosophy that you can never give up on a child, Edith Robinson Christian Academy staff actively seeks out youth who have been thrown out of school, are unable to reach their full potential in a traditional school or are barred from other programs.
