This project was developed from June 2013 to July 2013. The main objective of the project was to develop a computerized rental system of JE housing agency. The specific objectives of the study were: first is to create a computerized rental system that can organized and retrieve data accurately; second, a system that can locate a client immediately and chronological manner; and third, a program that will add records of the client to a specific owner of the house.
The main benefactor of the project was the agency of JE housing, Kidapawan City, North Cotabato.
