INTRODUCTION
Like many areas of Toledo, Lotupan also suffers from a littering problem. Littering is a threat to the physical environment- it spoils the appearance of both urban and rural landscapes. It can also foster a careless attitude towards the areas we live in and portray a negative image of our school . The researchers is committed to tackling the blight of litter in a positive manner through a combination of enforcement and awareness measures .
The cooperation and assistance of all members of the schools must be encouraged in order to minimize the levels of litter throughout the school .
It follows that an awakening of duty and civic pride amongst all sectors of school is required. Put simply, individuals need to take personal responsibility for the litter/waste they generate and dispose of recycle it appropriately.
Many schools have annual cleanup days. They usually only last a few hours, can be a lot fun, and are very gratifying when you finish. You might be able to speak with the leader of this event and ask them for their advice in solving your particular problem .
