Background
The purpose of this report is to establish areas for improvement in Australian Casinos to help attract the growing VIP gambling market. This will be achieved by identifying and evaluating what motivates VIP gambling. Understanding what these motivational factors are is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction. There are currently 13 Casino’s in Australia, with only 8 of these providing VIP gaming facilities.
VIP gamblers are also be referred to as ‘high stakes’ players or ‘high rollers’ and are usually apart of casino VIP player programs. These programs reward players with complimentary services during their visits to casinos, and ensure they are treated as highly valued clients.
