An appreciation to her English 2 instructor who really gave her time on monitoring her research paper and commented on every mistake committed.
Also to her friends for letting her used their computer when not in used, the café attendant who always welcome and let her be in the comfortable cubicle of the café. The librarian in the city library who had helped her to find the information needed. Moreover, she wants to thank her parents for the undying support both emotionally and financially. Words are not enough to say for their efforts that made her comfortable on every sleepless night for the research making.
Most of all, to God who had enlighten her in times when patience seems to disappear and guided in everything that she did.

Thesis Statement: Herbal vitamins are more effective and safe than synthetic multivitamin on the recommended dosage of children.
Introduction: The comparison of the two vitamins on the effects to the body especially on the children with the following objectives:
A. This paper aims to show the difference between herbal and synthetic multivitamins.
B. It also shows the beneficial effects of the two to children.
C. This is to define the two vitamins consumed by the children.
