Abstract
Chronic diseases also known non-communicable illnesses or non-infectious, have prolonged duration, rarely cured, and don’t resolve spontaneously. Chronic diseases are many, the most common include heart disease such as angina, stroke, cancer, diabetes, respiratory disease such chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), infectious disease such as tuberculosis.
