Research Paper On Color Guard
Color guard is a type of sport of indoor color guard. In the military they had a person hold the “colors” that was the American flag and which had started color guard. The person who would carry the flag would do different angles while walking. The person who started color guard was Peggy Twiggs. She grew up in Revere, Massachusetts. Peggy went to a small high school where a very few kids were in color guard. She also started color guard when she was really young in the early 60's and then found out that girls could not be in the drum line or in color guard. Before that spin everyone would just do angels, like they did in the military. One day Peggy was messing around at practice when she got bored and that is why color guard is the way
