Just in the past 10 years, ten thousands of elephants have been slaughtered. Sometimes the killers don't wait till the elephants are dead to take the ivory. This causes the elephant to suffer greatly. Elephants are endangered. Many baby elephants are killed for their tiny stubs of ivory, how to save them, and the origins of elephant abuse.

Nearly 30 states have took action by banding ivory sales which is amazing, but New Jersey was the first state to band ivory sales. Well this is a good idea, but this process is going very slowly. While this process is going by slow elephants dying is happening fast. Another way you can save a elephant is that if you adopted one. You get a cute picture of your elephant and it helps fund their elephants conservation efforts. Respect the elephants they don't deserve pain because of their ivory. They should be in a safe habitat and be admired not killed. Also a lot of people do petitions and organize marches to show that elephants need to be safe and respected.
