Louis XVI was born of Louis, Dauphin of France and Maria Josepha of Saxony, Dauphine of France. His grandparents on his father’s side were Louis XV of France and Marie Leszczyńska and on his mother’s side Augustus III of Poland and Maria Josepha of Austria. He married Marie Antoinette they had two sons; Louis XVII of France and Louis Joseph, Dauphin of France and two daughters; Marie Thérèse of France and Princess Sophie Hélène Béatrice of France.

After firing Jacques Necker people really got agitated. People saw this as going against them, which lead to the Storming of the Bastille. In 1789 he was politely removed from his position, he sign documents which meant he was no longer in power. After a while things in France where getting manic, new rules where informed and white was added to the French color. Louis XVI and his wife found this very over whelming, so they decided fled to Austria dressed as peasants. In the same year (1791) they were captured at Varennes and in prisoned in Paris. Then he became a figure head of many political systems. People argued and fought about what to do with the king. Then soldiers of the Paris government, killed the king’s guards and captured the King.
