Research Paper On Philip Zimbardo

Philip Zimbardo was born in the South Bronx, New York City, New York. He received a degree in psychology, sociology, and anthropology from Brooklyn College. After graduation, he went to graduate school at Yale University ,and received a Ph.D. in Social Psychology. Zimbardo currently is the Emeritus of Psychology Professor at Stanford University. In the past he served as an associate professor at New York University and was the President of the American Psychological Association, the largest global organization for psychologists, in 2002. He also started a Shyness Clinic on Stanford’s campus to help people combat shyness, and is the founder and director of the Heroic Imagination Project. This non-profit began to promote and honor everyday heroism.
