Why some people don’t choose to go to a college?
In this generation, most people think going to a college is a normal thing; everyone should have a college diploma. However, some people have contrast viewpoint of this issue. There are some reasons for them choose not to go to a college or university.
First of all, some people think we should have a period of time to know ourselves after the high school. Most students graduated from high school are really confused among the future; also, they don’t know what their interests are. They wonder which way they should go. Furthermore, they don’t really know why they should go to a college, in most cases; it simply because going to the college is a normal thing in this generation.
It is really a bad thing for someone to do something blindness since it would make you idleness. For example, a lot of college student play online game all day long. So, some people think it’s not necessary to go to college if you don’t know why you should go to college.
Secondly, not everyone needs to go to a college. Although there are various departments in college, it still can’t cover all the knowledges in reality. Our experience sometimes is more important than our diploma. For instance, my grandma, as a primary school graduate, is skilled in selling vegetables. To her, having a college diploma means nothing at all. She earned money by the skill coming from her experience rather than the book or the lesson being taught in school. For another example, one of my grade school classmates, an artist, dropped out of school for she found her creative is curbed in the college. She decided to travel around the world to find creative inspiration. And now, she does many art works. So, not everyone should have a college diploma.
At last, not everyone is admitted to going to a college. For some low income family, they have no enough money for them to learning in college. To keep alive, they have to make money as soon as possible or they will be hunger. They haven’t got the money to have a meal, not to mention having the college diploma. It’s not everyone so lucky to own the allowance to go to a college.
Although going to a college becomes to a trend in this generation, there are some cases and reasons for someone having no college diploma.
