These were like resources to help cope and overcome resilience in many different ways. The seven elements are the following: emotional, spiritual, social, family, and physical (Harrington, 2012).
Emotional: Emotional element is by taking a life challenge and making it into something positive by controlling your stamina and actions that are made by you (Harrington, 2012).

Social: “Developing and maintaining trusted, valued relationships and friendships that are personally fulfilling and foster good communication, including a comfortable exchange of ideas, views, and experiences” (Harrington, 2012, p. 3).
Family: Being around the ones that love and support you can be reassurance to a healthy environment (Harrington, 2012).
Physical: Perform in physical activities that helps with strength, health, etc.

All of these elements can help you live a healthier and more progressive life.

Alex, I like your thought process. There are so many key elements that can be used. All of the elements were interesting to read about. The one I found most interesting was the emotional one. This hits home to me very well. I find that I am an emotional person, so therefore, the emotional approach is the best option for me. I take my emotions and turning them into something positive. The emotional approach allows the mind time and space to allow the mind calm and balances (Harrington, 2012).

Jessica, having a positive mental health is highly important. Having a positive mindset can be positive for family, friends, coworkers, and many others that impact. Most people do not know, but you are who you are. You control your mind. You control whether you are happy. You control whether you are sad, upset, mad, lonely.
