Resolución de problemas: TeraTech Los líderes de mercadotecnia se enfrentan a ciertos retos a la hora de desarrollar nuevos productos. Los retos en las empresas abundan, debido a que consideran que estos son la mejor manera de aprovechar sus puntos fuertes para poder explotar así las oportunidades en el mercado. Un enfoque sólido en la resolución de problemas ayuda a los ejecutivos de una empresa a evaluar esos factores que los llevarán al éxito del mercado antes de desarrollar soluciones que puedan o no contemplar las cuestiones apropiadas. El utilizar el modelo de resolución de problemas puede ayudar en el desarrollo de un nuevo producto en las empresas. El propósito de este trabajo es describir la situación y proporcionar una descripción inicial del problema u oportunidad, que será la base para la elaboración del problema de TeraTech. En la definición del problema basado en la situación o escenario, la definición del problema para el futuro deseado enunciaremos un conjunto de objetivos, se creará una serie de posibles soluciones alternativas. These alternatives solutions will be evaluated against the stated goals and the desired future state, as well as against the problem statement, and the risks associated with each alternative will be assessed. Estas soluciones alternativas serán evaluadas en relación con las metas y el estado futuro deseado, así como en contra del planteamiento del problema, y los riesgos asociados con cada alternativa será evaluada. Based on this analysis, the decision will be made. En base a este análisis, la decisión será tomada. The appropriate and optimal solutions will be developed and implemented. And finally, the results of the solution will be evaluated for its SMART outcome in the final step. Las soluciones adecuadas y óptimas serán elaboradas y ejecutadas.
