EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 10th REGULAR SESSION OF THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT OFFICERS OF JULITA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, JULITA, LEYTE HELD AT THE SCHOOL LIBRARY ON SEPTEMBER 7,2012 AT 3:00 PM.
Present officers:
RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM AN WARAY PARTYLIST THROUGH HON. BEN NOEL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT OFFICE OF JULITA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL , JULITA , LEYTE. WHEREAS , it lays the groundwork for good governance, volunteerism, unity and cooperation by providing the students the various venues where they can improve their leadership knowledge, skills and attitude. Likewise it trains students to become better members of society and helps the Department of Education achieve its thrusts.
WHEREAS, we are in dire need of this office for us to fully implement and realized such organizations objectives. Our school has inadequate rooms; we need to look for a vacant room to conduct meetings. Moreover the voluntary amount collected from the students as stipulated in the DepEd Order could not suffice its porpuse. NOW THEREFORE considering premises presented and on motion of Genesis Mostajo, SSG Auditor, seconded by Mark Junil Abad and Heidi Rivas, P.I.O and Sgt.at Arms respectively it was:
RESOLVED as it was hereby resolved to solicit financial assistance from the generous office of AN WARAY through Rep. Ben Noel in any amount for use in the construction of the SSG office.
I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the above stated resolution.
