Resolving Ethical Business Challenges
1. You have Ahmed the quiet, get my work done, get A’s in my classes and most importantly don’t do anything that’s going to get him into trouble. Then there is Bill the fun, adventurous, cool guy that will do anything for people to like him and most of all doesn’t care if anything happens to his friends. Bill and Ahmed carry all the stake in this situation. Bill because his is the one downloading the movies and music and Ahmed who knows exactly what Bill is doing.
2. Both an ethical and legal issue. First its unethical because he is making it look like that other students and professors are downloading the movies and music which in the long run that could cost them their jobs or cause the other students to be expelled. Then for him to download the movies and music without paying for it is illegal. By him not paying for it and downloading it illegally, he runs in to copyright infringement which could get him expelled, put in jail, or fined large amounts of money.
3. If he becomes a whistle blower he faces the risks of getting Bill expelled, having everybody label him as a snitch, and losing his access working for the library. If he doesn’t tell he faces the risks of be associated with Bill and getting expelled, fined large amounts of money, put in jail or having Bill blaming the entire thing on him and only him facing being expelled, jail time, or fined large amounts of money.

    The key parties of this situation would be Stewart and myself.
