1.0 BACKGROUND Nepal comprises only 0.1% of the land area in a global scale but is endowed with disproportionately rich diversity of flora and fauna; heart seizing scenic beauty; diverse culture; ethnic etiquettes. Nepal¶s diverse and magnificent environment along with the country¶s hospitable and pleasant people has made her one of the major tourist destinations for world around.     Lino Brigulio, Richard Butler, David Harrison and Walter Leal Filho, authors of the book entitled Sustainable Tourism in Islands and small states defined Sustainable tourism as tourism development that avoids damage to the environment, economy and cultures of the locations where it takes place [ (Lino Briguglio, 1996) ].     Therefore, I was required to study all of these theories and articles by using inductive and deductive research and to have a deep understanding of the whole concept. Then can only define the terms of the tourist profile with their general motivation and identify which is the motivation for those who never been to integrated resorts and the motivation of people always go for integrated resorts. However, I also observed my friends who are keen to visit in such resorts, filter out these published motivation and come out with the most efficient motivation of them. Although the motivation of visiting in different integrated resorts is outdated and less published, I also do research theory review of literature from other combination element of integrated resorts such as hotel, theme park, casino and many more.
