Sonics ----A STORE FOR YOU The name of the store is Sonics A store for you. This store sells many different kinds of things such as clothes, accessories, shoes and many more things. The target market of this store is: that it sells to all age groups (from newborn to older people) and all genders.
Product and Service Management The sales are located at the back of the store. It is in the back because people have to go through the entire store to get to the sales section. Near the entrance and the exit there will be checkout counters and cash registers. Near the cash registers there will be a person always available throughout the day. The clothes, shoes, accessories and other stuff will be located throughout the store (from the cash registers to the sales section). To prevent theft there will cameras, laser tags for clothes and accessories; and for the shoes there will be ink packets. If the person leaves the store with clothes and accessories the laser tag will be read by the laser beams and the alarm will sound off. If they leave the store with shoes the ink packets will blow off and the person has to pay for the damage.
Distribution
The stock will be received every morning at the back of the store. It is located at the back of the store because there will no disturbance to the customer. The additional merchandise is located in the storage room. Every employee can access the additional merchandise very easily. The warehouse is located within a few miles of the store; so that the store can get the stock in case it runs out. The store ship merchandise to other stores as well (in case they run out of products).

Marketing Information Systems The store can gather information on customers and the store via surveys. The surveys can help the store to see what the customers want and how to improve the store. The store credit card will track down the
