Moreover, the company recruits experienced and dedicated employees who are capable of delivering high-end products to the market. • Exclusive locations providing a unique experience. Apple Inc has service centers located in different places around the globe. This gives the company an edge over their competitors by bringing services closer to their customers. • High-Technology products. Globally, Apple Inc is known for delivering high quality products that meets the expectation of the customers. The company’s products are fast and efficient in performance. • Internationally renowned brand. Apple Inc produces high quality products that serve the needs of the market. Currently, the company ranks among the best technological companies in the world.
Weaknesses
• High prices. Most of the company’s products target the high-end market. This denies them the opportunity to tap into the potential of the lower middle class market. • Relied too much on Steve Jobs. Creativity at the organization seems to be diminishing because the management relied too much on the stewardship of Steve jobs. The employees with the capability to steer the company forward lack the self-belief needed to come up with innovations. • Not a broad line of products.
