Have you ever, knowing, made choices based on how that person engaged you and made you think? Charismatic Leadership involves creating a self-image so powerful that people are naturally drawn to you. Some even say it’s (Christianity) an extraordinary power granted by the Holy Spirit.

    charismatic legitimacy is in many ways the very opposite of traditional legitimacy. When we use the word charisma in everyday conversation, we usually are describing someone who is good-looking or perhaps a witty conversationalist. But in politics, charisma means much more.
