Review Of Jack London's 'Call Of The Wild'
Dogs are bred to do many different things, but I think the best breed is a boxer dog. Call of the Wild by Jack London talks about different breeds of dogs, and I think boxers are the best. They are friendly, great family pets, and can do many different things. To begin with, boxers were originally from Germany. They only came to America after World War I and became one of the most popular dogs in the 1940’s. Their name likely came from the way they play like human boxers. Others think they were named from the German word “boxl”, which refers to one of their jobs working at a slaughterhouse. Boxers are thought to be bred from Bullenbeissers, a descendant of the mastiff, as well as bulldogs, and possibly Great Danes or terriers.
