Rewards and recognitions are the motivational tool by which employers encourages their employees. Today almost every organization has their own rewards, recognitions systems. This system may vary from organization to organization. But the influencing effects on the employees are quite similar. Many organizations try to understand their employees’ perception and based on that they design their reward systems. Monetary rewards are the most popular incentive in the workers group. These types of workers are in need of money and the organization motivates them with variable pay, bonus, and night shifts allowances etc. This type of incentives helps an organization in both ways .In one way the organization attain efficient and effective production output ,while on other hand the workers are benefited and they became royal to the organization.
