The Environmental Issue is a controversial topic in nowadays. Ross McKitrick, a professor of economics at the University of Guelph, he wrote “The Environmental Crisis: The Devil is in the Generalities” and addressed a question regarding the word “environment” is not specified for what it should be defined. Ross McKirtrick argued that the word “environment” covers wide range such as air pollution, water quality, and ozone level, it could not based on this general word to conclude the earth is facing a serious problem.
