Its been five years since he has been here and he can not wait to go back. For the speaker it offers him peace and tranquility in which he cannot get being in crowed cities and towns. When he visits this time he brings his sister so she can embrace this experience as well. This visit has a differs feel for him though. Its nothing like his first time his emotions and so on. So from Wordsworth’s work you see his mind has created a better visual of imagery of the place that he so badly desired to be. His embraces the connection between the nature there but he no longer views it the same way he did five years ago. While Wordsworth view has gone from happy to a more negative view, Smith takes a negative scene and makes it connect with her. When you think of a cold and dark area where the wind is causing trees groan and moan one would find this to be hard to embrace. Smith goes to this dark area with dark feelings which gives her a connection to the area. Her emotions are the same as here
