Rick Riordan

Rick Riordan, once a teacher, created numerous books. He created books that people enjoyed and inspired people to write books themselves. Although people did not like his books at first, he kept writing and made his books better thanks to the people who once disliked him. He made a difference in the realm of writing for children. Rick Riordan created fictional books for both adults and children, improving them by thinking out of the box so others would enjoy them, and inspiring people to become writers themselves.
First and foremost, Rick Riordan created fictional books. He wrote books for all ages, not just children, but adults too. When he originally started writing, he wrote an entire series called "Tres Navarre" for adults. It was made up of a bunch of mystery novels. After he was done with that he went to making novels for children. His first series for children was Percy Jackson. That entire series was about a 13 year-old teenager named Percy, who was a demigod, who goes on adventures to save something. Lots of kids liked those books. Writers need to have an excellent imagination and Rick Riordan had one. He used the imagination that he had to write his books.
Even though that there are a bunch books in the world for people to read, Rick Riordan made more. Lots of people know his books as a result of them they being so awesome. He made five different series and made 30 different books (Rick Riordan, 2016). Most people loved his books. Some people even said that he makes writing look easy. On the other hand, some people did not like his books so much. One of those critics was Connie Fletcher. They said that Rick Riordan “slips badly in handling his characters” (“Rick Riordan”, 2016). Some other critics said that he falls back too much on “sitcom-like” characteristics (Rick Riordan,
