2. A. In case 2. Worker was mowing trees by mower. He did not notice that there is a slope over the hill, then the rear tire stopped and he fell on the ground, and the mower rolled over him. He died because his injury was very deep, and he lost much of blood.
2. B. As for procedures to avoid any accidents in worksite. -1 (Page 16) Avoid sudden moves. Abrupt starts, stops and sharp turns can make the equipment rollover

In case 3. There was a worker cutting the grass. He wanted to check the fuel level of equipment, he stopped the engine and opened the fuel cap, and then the fuel vapors ignited due to the heat of engine. The fire burned him, and he died.
