Financial security needs to be made a priority. Programs need to be established for those who are first starting out and are learning how to remain or become economically stable. For example, there should be programs for people fresh out of college with a budding career and want to develop financial stability. With economic stability comes resources needed to establish and develop jobs that are necessary to maintain financial security. With the economy somewhat inflexible, financial stability would be a priority when placed in the second Bill of Rights. In addition to remaining economically stable, the right to develop adequate health care is very important. Despite certain health care policies already in effect as of right now having substantial access to health care is important. Everyone deserves the right to see a doctor or primary physician without having to stress about expenses. Also, health is very important if one doesn’t have their health, they don’t have anything. In addition to health care being a core necessity, education still remains a vast issue. A strong majority of people within the United States strongly desires to be educated, however, not many can afford it. Plus, the law will strongly be enforced, and those not complying with the law will be fined. For example, health care would benefit the legislative branch because when making a law, both the House of Representatives and the Senate are involved. Additionally, the Executive branch would then carry out the law of health care and then it would be evaluated by the judicial system.
