STEP 3 Rinnovar International is facing several problems that could affect the performance and sales of their products in achieving their goals. There are few of the solutions that can help to overcome these problems. Firstly, Rinnovar International should invest more in marketing department and hires famous celebrity as their brand ambassador; this will help to increase the company image and the sales as well. For example, Lancome hire the famous celebrity Kate Winslet as their brand ambassador and the advertisement exudes so much sex appeal, just look at her in this advertisement, the advertisement is successfully to get the men interested into. Besides of this, the low cost country sourcing is a strategy that the company can get the sources material from countries with lower labour and production costs in order to cut operating expenses. So the company should build the manufacturing factories in the lower cost countries, politic stable, rich of human resources is concerned as well, such as Indonesia, India, Vietnam, these countries will helps to lower the cost instead of positioned in elevated costs countries. Moreover, the company should add on internet platform and do more advertisement and promotion, products and services as well on website, TV, newspapers, magazine, radio, and so on, by using this way, it can helps to make the distributions network stronger. For example, AirAsia was doing well in this platform, AirAsia had a comparatively large expenditures on TV, print and internet advertising that to penetrate its target market.
