Risa In Unwind
One word to describe Risa from the novel Unwind is thoughtful. In the novel Unwind, Risa uses her head in difficult situations, such as when she pretends to be "Didi" in order to get them food and clothing, and when she starts clapping in order to cause a distraction outside of the school. Risa knows how people will act in certain situations and uses that to get what she wants, like when she causes panic in the school by clapping, or when she knows that the woman will be annoyed by the Didi character and give her stuff to get her to go away. This shows that she is street smart and food at thinking logically through problems; because of this, Risa and Connor avoid getting caught or starving.
