INTRODUCTION
The main aim of the assignment is to outline the application of Risk Assessment procedures to a Domiciliary Care Services in services user Home and outline in the process the relevant legislations that must be adhered to with regard to its practical application to a workplace environment such as a Domiciliary Care Services. In a Domiciliary Care services we have to follow so many different law and legislation as
