History of the company
 RCBC savings bank was incorporated on the
15th day of January, 1996 to provide retail banking services to its target clientele and serve as the consumer and retail banking arm of RCBC.

 It is a member of YGC group of companies as the holding company.

RCBC have 3 overseas branches; one in
Hongkong that takes deposit, the two are in
Rome and California functioning as foreign exchange remittance offices.
As of December 31, 2013, RCB, together with wholly-owned subsidiary RSB, has a network of 435 business centers, inclusive of
27 extension offices, supplemented by 1,150 automated teller machines.
