He has been active as an actor since 1979 to present, he's known for his role when he was teenager in a 1983 film ‘The Outsider’ and 'Oxford Blues' in 1984.
He is currently in the Comedy Central Roasts played as The Roastee.
Lowe reportedly dated with several models and actress during his career as an actor before he married.
