INTRODUCTION
Rocelo Opticals, is a one branch Optical clinic, strategically located in Aguirre Avenue, BF Homes, Paranaque City, Philippines which is considered one of the largest subdivisions in Asia. Rocelo Opticals was developed in 1996 run, owned and operated by qualified licensed optometrist, Mrs. Arsenia and Mr Rocelo Bucad. The clinic is focused on selling and providing optical services to its customers. The mission statement of the company is stated below:
"Our mission is to help enhance people's lives and to meet their demanding requirements through our high quality vision products and services." The current system used by Rocelo Opticals is a pair of Personal computer set up to handle all the records and track the list of suppliers and products. The clinic is currently looking into the possibility of updating their existing inventory system. Rocelo Opticals state that the issues regarding their system are not that serious and their system is easy to understand. We, the researchers asked and discovered that the issue of the company is about their current system. Through the researchers’ findings, Rocelo Opticals run the business with poor database design. The researchers were able to analyze the issue and how it affects the company. The researchers will also have to re-evaluate the clinic's flow and procedures to make recommendations to their services. The researches will give their
