It is evident that Africa faces a daunting task in national reserves maintenance. Most of these challenges occur as a result of longtime nemesis such as civil wars, bad governance, poor economic performance, rapid population growth, and so forth. The Acts and bodies involved in the management of the national reserves manage to contain some of these problems by promoting accountability of the revenue that the sector gets and thus protecting the resources. The revenues from the national parks are reinvested to boost other sectors of the economy such as infrastructure
