PREFACE

Summer Internship Program (SIP) is a part of MBA curriculum to help the management student in understanding the practical realities through the On-Job Training in respective sector. As it is based on On-Job Training, it helps the management student in understanding the organizational culture and working condition.

This report contains information provided by Bhailal Amin General Hospital (BAGH), Vadodara by the guidance from different officials of BAGH, Vadodara and it is the result of working with HR Department. An honest attempt has been made to collect all the related data about BAGH and the information mentioned in this report are true to the best of our knowledge.

I am glad for having such an opportunity to carry out SIP Training. I am glad to have benefits of the On-Job Training study.

It has made me to use my skills and analytical knowledge. It may be useful as a path of guide to other management students.
