Role Of President Of FBLA
As President of FBLA you must be a well rounded, organized, and motivated individual. You have to have interpersonal skills and you have to be confident while still being compassionate. Being given this opportunity is something that I do not take for granted, because I believe that I am meant to help others through this role. In the past our chapter has been a very stagnant chapter and I plan to change this. Currently we are planned to host our high school's first Thanksgiving canned food drive. We will be donating these goods to the people in need in our community. This Christmas, we plan to do a "giving tree" (combined with FCCLA) and then donate the clothing we receive. We are also going to do a Christmas basket project this winter. This

FFA is something that I love. I have been in a leadership position for the last three years as a class officer, Washington County Junior Livestock Association officer and FFA officer. I believe my purpose in life is to serve others. Leaders must serve the needs of others rather than their own desires. One reason I wish to run for district office is to serve the FFA and its members. Agriculture is the backbone of our country. FFA and Agricutlure offer the opportunity to serve others. In every thing I do I make sure that the job is done correctly amd thoroughly. If you choose me to hold an officer position I promise I will not let you down. You may ask,"Why choose you over someone else?" I will work to the best of my ability and do all…

While working for the Columbus Foundation Fellowship, my goal is to absorb as much knowledge as possible. I am confident I will learn how to interact with external stakeholders, donars and all individuals in regards to showing how their nonprofit is making an impact. This will teach me how to take an organization’s message and not only spread it among citizens, but instill a sense of urgency for their issues. I am also confident I will learn how to accept and internalize any professional feedback given to me. My passion lies with advocating for those voiceless citizens attempting to better themselves through education. I hope to one-day advocate for low-income students because they do not always received equal opportunities as others in education.…

Being in a teenage mind, we often don’t think that the future is now. We tend to describe what we want our future to be like, but don’t ever describe how are we going to get there and what are the characteristics that are needed. That’s what FBLA is here for to teach us those characteristics to become successful. Like I’ve mentioned before, Confidence, I feel as if confidence is the key to life. Without confidence, I wouldn’t be standing here today among you all speaking my mind. In fact wouldn’t be standing here today as the VP of Hennery W. Grady High school’s FBLA. Before I became the VP I had to persuade to my peers and stand up tall & tell them why I should be there VP and when I actually got picked honestly I can say I did get just a bit more confidence since that day forth.…

There are many reasons why I want to become an Auror leader, my number one reason is because I frankly feel that my experience in Ursa changed me as a person and I want to continue the personal growth that Aurora has started while helping new students experience the same growth that I did. I have always been dedicated to helping those who are younger than myself. In high school I was on the track team and one of my favorite things to do was to mentor the first year athletes. By doing this I would show my younger teammates correct technique, and how to prepare for meets physically as well as mentally. Now that I am in college I love to help kids from my highschool who are interested in Penn State. I show them around campus, and I gave them…
