labor to dig a canal. Both these groups also used propaganda to heavily influence false ideas of the opposing and home politics and ideas. Within the war, the Nazis and Communists committed countless war crimes involving inhumane acts against innocent civilians. These acts consisted of rape, abuse, public execution, and torture. Nazism and Communism even conquered all political power in Germany and Russia. However, the Nazis and Russians only had two major similarities, the hatred for one another that both had and the pure evil of both groups. This hatred was fueled by different ideas and constant battles over territory that ended in a surprising way.
The Russians trusted the Nazis until Hitler began attacking Communists as one of his inferior targets. The Nazis belief also had fascist ideas which kept women off the battlefields, influenced social structure separations and spread racism throughout the country. The Communists, however, believed in equality, working hard for their freedom, women being in battle, and Marxism. The Nazis believed in killing other races instead of deportation like the Communists. The Communists actually preferred to be less violent in all-out war or conflict. This was kind of ironic due to the fact that the Communist Russians killed millions of more than the Nazis and heavily defeated the Nazis within the last years of war. The Nazis suffered lost with the Axis powers against the Allies which Russia was a part of. The major difference between the Nazis and Communists had to be the prolonged survival of the Communists after the
war. The Nazis of Germany and Communists of Russia were terrible in similar ways but opposed one another politically. The political superpowers both fought for the respect and honor of the homeland. The saddening occurrence of both parties caused horrible conflicts between many countries and the deaths of over 19 million. Nazis and Communists were strong powers of the time period in which both reigned strongly.
