Uncle Hammer still helped them with the payments. Also, T.J. had still betrayed Stacey a few times. Finally, everyone helped out with the fire. The book and movie also had many differences. Jeremy wasn’t blonde in the movie, but he was in the book. Christopher John doesn’t go to the Wallace store with Cassie and Little Man. The Simms were also the Wallace family in the movie.
