Juliet wakes at the end of Romeo's soliloquy just in time to see the love of her life drink poison. When Romeo is helplessly dying from the poison, she kisses him to take some of the poison away so she can have some too. When the poison had failed she then goes to take her life with Romeo’s gun. These scenes weren't originally in the play leaving us with so many questions. Especially for someone who has read the play, then have their emotions yanked without any warning , as they grasp what has just occurred. Instead of watching Romeo talk Juliet could have taken the poison away from him. Both families or what's left of Romeo's family since his mother died from his exile. No explanation shocked at a standstill trying to understand why your child has killed themselves right next to your enemy's child. The Friar is the only one who knows the full story, and knows the fallout . He didn't once show his face in that scene , and the parents don't understand his involvement in the incident. The holy man, which everyone goes to for confession and to repent, has run away from his own. The audience is left reconsidering Friar Lawernce’s inccounce for helping the couple from the beginging. The Prince then blames both parents for it's their feud that the love Romeo and Juliet had killed them. The Prince then yells to the fathers of both families“ You are punished! …show more content…
Will they ever put the feud in the past for their children’s sake? Will the death of their children make the feud even more bigger than it is right now? Imagine what it would feel like to be one of Romeo and Juliet’s parents right now. Confused would be an understatement forever blaming themselves for a story they will never fully understand. Closure was never provided then , assumptions will drive free in their minds. One positive outcome of Romeo and Juliet killing themselves was that the feud is over but in the film, yet we will never know. Last words are from the local news reporter saying they're never was a story with more woe than with Juliet and her Romeo. Putting the audience with her words not only in our minds, but in our hearts. This ends us with this more tragic incident, destroying our feelings and staining our tears
