„It may well happen that a random yoga class attended during your vacation, is a beginning of a life changing journey,” says Tiina Sarapuu, manager of the ACTIVESPA ESTONIA. "So, come to us, try out, take the first step!" Tiina encourages. "You don’t have to be afraid, and you don’t have to search for the classes for beginners, you can start just from where you are at the very moment," Tiina explains and adds that there are no conditions you should meet to qualify for the yoga class. As well as there are no reasons for not to come. The most common excuses including: "I am not flexible or slim enough, I have nothing to wear" are just not acceptable. "Nobody has to be flexible to start yoga practices, it's the other way around – it’s yoga that makes you flexible, flexible both in your body and mind. You don't expect to run marathon a month after you have started with your running, do you? Why should it be any different with yoga classes," Tiina ponders. Be yourself, give yourself time, yoga is for everyone, except for lazybones," Tiina says. She adds, that there is no competition or comparison in yoga.
As a teacher, she inspires to take some time off on the way, study yourself, identify the impulses of your body, your thoughts, emotions, desires.
Tiina points ou, that yoga is a growing trend in the whole world, because the hectic pace of modern life makes us search balance and peace -for that purpose yoga practices are just perfect.
