Russell Westbrook was born on November 12, 1988 in Long Beach California. Russell started liking basketball because his father got him into. Russell played college basketball for UCLA and he played for them until 2008 when he was drafted for Oklahoma Thunder. He has played for the OKC for 9 years. He took OKC to the 2012 finals and he became the most dynamic players in the NBA. He is very well known for his outfits. Russell gained little attention as a 5’8 freshman at Leuzinger high school in lawndale, ca. He was not a very good player in high school he would average 24 points, 2 assist,and 9 rebounds. Russell Westbrook plans to take the thunder back to the playoffs next year and win it so it's not the cavs vs warriors again for 3 years in arow. Russell has been working on 3 point shooting so they have a better chance next year than any year because durant is coming back to the thunder so they can win they can win the playoffs. Russell has always has tried to go 110% each game but some of his games it takes him a little bit to warm up because of the fans . Russell has always played for the thunder and he plans on staying with them for the rest of his career. Russell Westbrook plans on getting MVP next year if he does not get it this year. The only people that are really want to get MVP is james harden and kwia lillard and Westbrook. Before next season he plans to be a better shooter. He wants to shoot so he can win more games but he won't quit dunking. Russell Westbrook wants to set a new world record in triple doubles. Russell Westbrook was the on to set the new one this season. This season was Russell Westbrook’s best year over all every other year was good but they didn’t stand out like this one.
