1.0 Introduction
The Alphabet Games was formed in2001 based in Scotland which is a software and games development company. The company began as three friends pursuing a passion for software development has grown into a multi-million pound business.
The report has 4 sections. Section 1 is going to give examples of external environment which have affected the way AG behaved. Moreover, using a SWOT analysis, explain the relationship between AG and the environment. Section 2 aims at explains the organization culture and the type of culture that the organization has using a recognized model of organizational culture. Section 3 mainly evaluates the AG adopted and how to manage strategy within an organization. Section 4 deals with the times changes which affect AG directly.
