SWOT Analysis Of Construction Industrie
" Construction industrie is considered one of the biggest industries in the world. It is all about preparations, it is about creating, building, or reparing an already existing building. Constructions insists of heavy and or civil engineering. Lebanon's construction is one the most attractive and important sectors in the country, despite the political and economic pressure, it remains great for all local, arab and outside countries investors. In every inustry there are the 5 forced of porter's that takes place, Supplier power, buyer power, competitive rivalry, threat of substitution, threat of new entry. For every force we usualy do the SWOT analysis.(Mindtools.com, 2015)

Supplier Power in the construction industry in lebanon gains its power because of the very low ammount of supplier and the big amount of buyers, the amount of control the suplier own over the price lets you know if this place is considered and THREAT or an OPOTUNITY.
A good place to do business in is where there are many supliers, means diffrent prices and you do not have to stick to one suplier and can choose between the best quality or the best price that suits the business's fininancial position, because if not the suplier will dominat the market and increase his STENGTH over and over. The threat of entrys varries depending on the entry barriers if they are high or if they are low. high barriers as in hotels constructions, low as in restaurents or small stores construction, in lebanon there are ALOT of companies working in the construction industry, I could count some, Badawi group, SAYFCO, RAMCO, ACC ( Arabian Construction Company ) Maksoud's, Tabet Construction, SODECO, and many more to be counted.(Marcopolis.net,
