Supplier Power in the construction industry in lebanon gains its power because of the very low ammount of supplier and the big amount of buyers, the amount of control the suplier own over the price lets you know if this place is considered and THREAT or an OPOTUNITY.
A good place to do business in is where there are many supliers, means diffrent prices and you do not have to stick to one suplier and can choose between the best quality or the best price that suits the business's fininancial position, because if not the suplier will dominat the market and increase his STENGTH over and over.
