Company has got few internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders consist of managers and employees who are involved in the daily operations of the organization. External stakeholders are not directly connected to the company but can be both heavily influenced by its actions and decisions and also have influence on the company.
5. External stakeholders are the customers, suppliers, banks ant tax authorities. The community in which the organization does business also is a stakeholder. All the stakeholders are not equal, and different stakeholders will have varying considerations. These stakeholders can have direct or indirect stake in the organization and in policy-making. Customers are also key stakeholders in any organization. The way they are catered to and their level of satisfaction determines how the company runs.
6. Main external stakeholders are Her Majesty Revenue and Customs a Government agency which collects corporation tax and Income Tax and National Insurance through the PAYE, Pay as You Earn system and Adult Social Care which provides future service users with the information about the Safe & Sound agency and provides full or part of the payment for the services (Appendix …show more content…
It is recommended to update organisational policies and procedures. Policies identify the key activities and provide a general strategy for decision-makers on how to handle issues as they arise. Policies describe acceptable and unacceptable choices and behaviour for employees. Procedures explain employee’s duties and responsibilities. Procedures are also sets of instructions employees follow to ensure that they carry out specific tasks thoroughly and consistently. An example of procedure would be the steps an employee takes to handle service user’s money. This might include obtaining approval or filling in the receipt book. Well written and clear policies and procedures promote efficiency and protect employees as well as the business from allegations that might be set against
