Its doors have been open for 64 years, providing protection, happiness, friendships, a family, and a home. It has developed through the years. Academics have widened, teachers and students have become more involved, and our sports programs have only gotten superior. Those of you who know Saint Anthony's High School know that many of the alumni that come from Saint Anthony’s have become very successful. Eight of Saint Anthony’s alumni went on to become professional basketball players. Two went on to become professional baseball players, and others went on to serve different professions all throughout the world. Being able to look into Saint Anthony's history and to see where it has lead many people in life creates a pleasant feeling. Smaller student body equals more involvement. The engagement in classrooms can become very exciting. All types of academic programs can be found at Saint Anthony's such as, Geometry Honors, Biology Honors, English Honors, AP History, AP Chemistry, AP Literature, etc. Each program provides a challenge for every individual taking that course. This year, Saint Anthony’s has tied hands with project L.E.A.P. Project LEAP is a program that authorizes high school juniors and seniors to enroll in up to 18 college-level credits per school year as well as earn credits towards a degree. How great is that? You can see how Saint Anthony's wants to challenge their students as well as guide us with college academics in our high school years. The National Honor Society is also well represented by Saint Anthony High School. For those who may not be familiar, The National Honor Society is the nation's premier organization established to recognize marvelous high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to acknowledge those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Each year at Saint Anthony High School, more than half of the student body is a part of the NHS.
